In September 2025, Royalstar Group successfully secured a site for its project in the Border Economic Cooperation Zone of Yining City, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, marking the official launch of its ‘Western Expansion Strategy’. The first phase of the project involves a total investment of approximately 560 million yuan and covers an area of around 180 mu. Concurrently, Xinjiang Rongpin Space Technology Co., Ltd.. was established to build a new hub for the development of the smart housing and cultural tourism equipment industries in the west.
This strategic move was no coincidence. Based on long-term analysis of the markets in Xinjiang, Central Asia and Europe, Royalstar Smart Homes recognised that Xinjiang not only possesses robust domestic market demand but also boasts a unique geographical advantage, serving as a hub that extends its reach to western provinces and connects to Central Asia and Europe. By establishing a production base in Yining, the company aims to achieve localised production and rapid delivery of smart space products, effectively addressing long-standing industry challenges such as high transport costs and lengthy delivery cycles.

• Commercial and government services sector: Providing rapidly deployable smart spaces for commercial operations and government services, addressing shortcomings in regional commercial and public facilities, and supporting the development of urban and rural areas as well as border ports in Xinjiang.
