From November 7 to 9, the three-day 2025 International Cultural Tourism Expo concluded successfully at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center. Royalstar Smart Homes made a stunning appearance with two文旅 spacecraft products — the Hive R38 and the Ark F40 — becoming a major highlight of the event thanks to their unique design concepts and innovative living experiences.

At this expo, Royalstar Smart Homes focused on showcasing the latest upgraded version of the Hive R38 cultural tourism space capsule. As the flagship product of the space capsule series, the Hive R38 has received positive feedback since its launch. The newly exhibited version features multiple optimizations and improvements based on the original model, delivering an enhanced experience.
This 38-square-meter product features a layout of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and two balconies. Its exterior combines gray-white tones with hexagonal champagne-gold lines, presenting a simple yet elegant visual aesthetic. The interior space balances integrity and comfort, while the integration of an intelligent system enhances the living experience. Equipped with a scenic skylight, it allows guests to bask in sunlight during the day and gaze at the stars at night, bringing the beauty of nature indoors. Every detail has been meticulously considered, creating a living space that is both high-quality and poetic.

The Ark F40 cultural tourism space capsule adopts a deep exterior color tone paired with a minimalist design language, delivering a calm and stylish visual effect. With a floor area of approximately 40 square meters, its clean and fluid lines combined with a bright and atmospheric frame design allow the product to complement its surroundings—whether nestled in the mountains, by a lake, or on the grassland.
The design of the Ark F40 fully considers the importance of the landscape experience. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows become the visual focal point of the entire space, offering panoramic views of the outdoors and dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior—allowing nature to become part of the living environment. The interior adopts an open-concept design philosophy, with well-defined functional zones that maintain a sense of transparency. The spatial layout is flexible and adaptable, enabling personalized customization to meet the needs of various cultural tourism scenarios.

During the exhibition, the Royalstar Smart Homes booth attracted the attention and inquiries of visitors such as scenic area investors and homestay operators. These two cultural tourism space capsule products not only feature outstanding design aesthetics and living comfort, but more importantly, their characteristics of rapid deployment and flexible configuration can effectively address the pain points of long construction periods and high costs for scenic area accommodation facilities.
Thanks to its innovative strength and high-quality products in the field of cultural tourism equipment, Royalstar Smart Homes was honored with the title of "2025 International Cultural Tourism Expo Anhui High-Quality Homestay Equipment Supplier" by the organizing committee of the expo. This accolade not only serves as a strong recognition of the product quality and innovation capability of Royalstar Smart Homes but also highlights its significant role in advancing the upgrading of the homestay industry and supporting the integrated development of cultural tourism.

Royalstar Smart Homes adheres to the innovative concept of "Building homes like building cars," leveraging the strengths of two mature industrial systems—automotive and home appliances—to establish a new industrialized smart manufacturing system for housing. To date, it has launched six major product lines, including cultural tourism space capsules, tech-enhanced rural villas, Chinese-style Siheyuan courtyard houses, safe new rural homes, smart mushroom cultivation houses, and multi-functional service pods, encompassing dozens of products. These innovations play a significant role in driving progress across areas such as cultural tourism attractions, the low-altitude economy, agricultural production, rural housing, commercial operations, and public services. The company currently operates manufacturing facilities in Anhui and Xinjiang, has served over 200 projects across more than 20 provinces and cities in China, and has successfully exported its products to countries including Japan and Tanzania.

In the future, Royalstar Smart Homes will continue to deepen its presence in the field of cultural tourism equipment, bringing its space capsules to more landscapes and allowing them to become part of the scenery. From the exhibition to distant horizons, wherever a space capsule is placed, it will become a destination worth traveling for.
