Recently, a delegation of officials from nine countries across four continents participating in the Belt and Road Initiative training program, organized by the Ministry of Commerce, visited Royalstar Group for an exchange and inspection activity. Through on-site visits, the trainees gained insights into Royalstar's innovative achievements in the smart housing sector and its experience in international cooperation, laying a solid foundation for deepening cross-border collaboration.
The first stop of the delegation's visit was the Royalstar Smart Home and Appliance Exhibition Hall, which showcases the group's technological breakthroughs and industrial achievements in the smart home and appliance sector. The trainees showed keen interest in various innovative smart products, with particular attention to their potential applications in countries along the Belt and Road routes.

At the smart housing pilot platform and factory, staff provided detailed introductions to the core technological advantages, such as the "Home Internet of Things," "Safety Pod," and "Health Core" systems. They particularly emphasized the products' full-scenario adaptability to regional climate conditions, such as high temperatures and drought in Africa and frequent hurricanes in Pacific Island nations. This sparked high interest and lively discussions among the trainees.

During the symposium, Royalstar proposed three key cooperation directions tailored to the development needs and 民生痛点 (pain points in people's livelihoods) of the trainees' home countries: empowering tourism industry upgrades, addressing urbanization housing challenges, and supporting humanitarian emergency response. The company also shared specific collaboration ideas. The trainees highly appreciated Royalstar's proposals and technical capabilities, expressing strong interest in deepening technological exchanges.

This visit by the training delegation not only allowed officials from Belt and Road partner countries to witness firsthand the robust capabilities and innovative vitality of China's smart construction technologies but also established a solid bridge for Royalstar to deepen cooperation with nations overseas. Moving forward, Royalstar will continue to leverage its smart housing products—characterized by safety, comfort, sustainability, and intelligence—as a platform to actively integrate into Belt and Road initiatives. The company will provide cutting-edge technological support and systematic solutions for livelihood projects in partner countries, jointly building a sustainable and prosperous future.
