On the morning of August 4, 2023, under the guidance of the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Hefei Municipal People's Government, and hosted by the Hefei Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Great Wall Strategic Consulting, the 2023 China (Hefei) Scenario Innovation Summit and Unicorn Development Forum was successfully held at the Zhong'an Chuanggu Global Roadshow Center.

At the meeting, the second batch of scenarios in Hefei in 2023 was released, including a list of 55 scenario opportunities and a list of 50 scenario capabilities, to widely promote the "Hefei Excellent Program" to the society.
